The rubber manufacturers who manufacture tyre, tape, rubber sheet, hose, automotive rubber accessories and other products use mica powder which has good processing performance and can replace 30-50% of the semi-reinforcing or other coarse particles like carbon black and can also improve the friction properties of products. For example: the use of wet ground mica powder can enhance the greenhouse vulcanized silicone rubber (RTV silicone rubber) tensile strength, elongation at break and other mechanical properties, while the process performance is also better.
